How do I know whether a piece is available?
The product page is the best place to check the current status and available options for a piece. Some designs may have selectable sizes or variations, while others may require a conversation before ordering.
Can I customize an EVELYNNIE design?
Where customization is offered, the product page can present considered options such as size, metal, stone, or other design details. If what you want goes beyond the existing design, use Bespoke to begin a separate conversation.
What is the difference between Customize and Bespoke?
Customize means choosing from controlled options within an existing EVELYNNIE design. Bespoke begins more openly, for a piece that cannot be reached simply by changing a standard option.
What materials and gemstones do you work with?
EVELYNNIE works across fine-jewelry metals and a range of diamonds and colored gemstones. The relevant material and stone information for a specific piece should be listed on its product page or confirmed during a bespoke conversation.
How should I choose my ring size?
If a ring offers standard sizing, select the size shown on the product page. If you are between sizes, buying a gift, or unsure because of a wider or unusual band, contact us before ordering so the design can be considered along with the size.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the piece and whether it is ready, customized, or prepared specifically for you. Shipping methods and estimates are shown at checkout where available. For a fixed date, contact us before ordering.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Eligibility depends on the current Refund Policy and on the specific order. Review the policy before returning anything, especially if a piece has been customized.
How should I care for my jewelry?
